Welcome!
I wanted to post a welcome letter even though we have already begun business just to welcome all of you. Please enjoy!
Well hello there,
We would like to formally welcome you to our brand new website. First, we want to say how happy we are to be in business and to have the website up and running. We are so excited to have you here reading about us. It has not been easy for us along with other small businesses around the world as we make our way around this crazy time that we are currently in. The struggles of opening a small business added to this virus going around and it has been exhausting. However, we are so grateful to say that we do have a business that not only is open for services, but the services we provide to our clients are a necessity that benefits our clients for the better. The care we provide is essential and makes a difference in the lives of our client’s and their families. We hope that everyone is staying safe and taking precautions. Hopefully a cure will be available soon.
A little intro to us if you are not familiar, we are a non-medical in-home private care company servicing the Sugar Land and surrounding area. We help seniors, mom(s), disabled, and recuperative/respite care. Some of our services include companionship, personal care, and Alzheimer’s/Dementia care. We aim to make sure that the needs and comforts of home are always accessible. Most in-home care companies work with seniors, but we wanted to help more than just seniors. Therefore, we provide care to people recovering from surgery, respite care for family caregivers, disabled people who are in need of some assistance, and expectant/new mom(s) so we can take care of the them and they can be able to care for their baby. We feel that everyone could use a little bit of help every once in a while.
Our caregivers who have joined the team have gone through the interview process to make sure they have a good attitude, are respectful, considerate, and understanding of the job. We also check to ensure they have the knowledge followed by a 50 state background check. We understand that allowing someone into your home is a big responsibility. We respect the trust that our clients have put in us to make sure the people we hire are the right choice. Our caregivers are also insured so that god forbid anything should happen the caregiver and client are secured and the risk does not fall on anyone.
We tried to make the website available with all the information you would need or want, but since we are new to this we may miss a thing or two. So if you have a question comment below, send us an email, or send us a message in our contact tab. Just reach out to us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Also, if you have any suggestions we would love to hear them. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to become apart of our team as a caregiver or are even interested in using our services. We are always here to help those in need.
